Write to us with questions, comments, encouragement, and offers to help! (We only have room for another couple thousand people or so on the core team.) Get to know us and allow us to get to know you so we can find the most mutually beneficial way to work together.
After you've CONTACTED US, explore your group’s strength of alignment with the Core Ideologies for bank and media projects, as well as with an initial draft of a compelling vision for your work. We have developed something we call the Alignment Process™ that will help and that we can send you to work with. In addition to an enthusiastic commitment to your VISION, make sure your team:
a) is deeply aligned regarding Placement, or each person’s place on the team,
b) shares a sense of what Fairness is for your community, and
c) embodies the Culture you will build within your organization so that it enjoys long term success through a sincere practice of efficiency, clear communications, self responsibility and cooperation.
Once you’ve accomplished the above, we can formalize the relationship between your team and our company so that we can provide the full UFB System to you and begin assisting with the planning, financing and building of your bank startup and sustainable project work.
This is the part where we learn and grow together. As an overview, the following are some of the basic work areas involved in bringing a UFB to your community:
